Welcome to our sensory profile and mental health screening service!

We are a team of healthcare professionals dedicated to providing accurate and reliable screening and assessment tools to help individuals better understand their mental health and neurodiversity needs.

Our service is designed to promote early identification, prevention, and intervention of mental health difficulties and neurodevelopmental differences, such as autism spectrum disorder, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, and learning disabilities.

Our team is committed to providing a safe, non-judgmental, and culturally responsive environment for individuals to access our services. We believe that everyone deserves access to quality mental health and neurodiversity care, and we strive to create a welcoming and inclusive space for all.

Thank you for choosing our service, and we look forward to supporting your mental health and neurodiversity needs.

Occupational therapy is about being able to do the things you want and have to do.

We are clinicians with experience in both the NHS and private sector, who see beyond diagnoses and limitations to hopes and aspirations. We look at relationships between the activities you do every day – your ‘occupations’ – alongside the challenges you face and your environment. Whether it be for work, school, diagnosed or undiagnosed and curious. We are here to put your needs first.

ps. It’s a science-based, health and social care profession that’s regulated by the Health and Care Professions Council!

Our Mission

Here at SASA, we use neuroscience to support induviduals and businesses to create a world where wellbeing and thinking differently is embraced. We want to create spaces where no one is left behind and everyone is given the opportunity to succeed at work.

One of our priorities is to provide inclusive and culturally responsive support to black and ethnic minorities who are neurodiverse or have mental health conditions. We recognise that individuals from these communities often face unique and systemic challenges that can impact their mental health and well-being. Therefore, we strive to provide a service that is tailored to these experiences.

Research indicates that women with neurodivergent conditions often face gender-specific barriers to accessing appropriate care and support, such as stigma, bias, and a lack of gender-responsive services. We recognise the importance of also focusing on the needs of women who are neurodiverse or have mental health conditions.
